Albanian businessman from Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, announces that this Wednesday the Court of Appeal in Tirana has granted his company "Mabco" the right to enter the Vlora Airport terminal and certify the giant infrastructure work.

"Today, the COURT OF APPEALS of Tirana also rejected the hasty, illegal and ugly decision of MIRIANA NAKE, which caused the blocking of the entrance to the Terminal to complete the works and certify the work," the businessman writes.

Today's decision follows the previous one by the Supreme Court, which ruled in favor of Behgjet Pacolli for the Vlora Airport. However, due to clashes with former partner Valon Lluka, the airport remained blocked and is now in Arbitration.

"Following the intervention of the emergency international arbitrator, measures have been put in place to preserve the status quo, which restrict certain actions and keep the project in a state of uncertainty.  

Therefore, the question remains essential: Will we be allowed to complete the works and put into operation this important work for the Albanian people in the protection of the public interest?" writes Behgjet Pacolli.

However, at the same time as the developments in Tirana, media in Kosovo are writing that the businessman's former partner and former director of his company "Mabetex", who attempted to take over Vlora Airport, has been arrested by the Police, specifically the Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation Unit.

"Valon Lluka has been detained for 48 hours by the Police, according to initial information," the Express and Blic newspapers report, but do not provide further details about what the case is about.

Behgjet Pacolli himself has accused his former partner and one of his most trusted people of stealing thousands, if not millions, of euros.
