Why is the government concerned about Theth and not about the massacre on Manastir Beach?!

Of all those outraged about the Theth issue, one category stands out.

These have no connection to Theth, they could be from Tirana, Korca, Pecini or any corner of Albania.

Most of these people have probably never been to Theth. Yet they are very concerned about the destruction of Theth by the residents' hostels.

And anyone else who thinks differently is a Salist, an anarchist, against the law and so on.
Now there is a small problem. These people are not worried about the chaos in Tirana, where people are unable to breathe.

They are not bothered by the rivers of concrete in every corner of the coast. They even have no problem, for example, with the fact that Butrint was concreted here. And Butrint is the most beautiful park in Europe.

There is no other place that has the sea, lake, history, beauty like Butrint. Neither does Italy. But that concrete of Idajet of Albstar in Manastir, which was doubled by the decision of our government that loves protected areas very much, is not a problem. The only big problem is Theth.
Now all that is happening in Theth is very simple. Properties will be seized there. This is why all this is being done.
It is the same scheme that was done in the South. Did the properties of Himariot, Dhermi, Palasa and the entire coast get taken? Yes, they got them in this style. They are doing this in Theth too.
This is the government that has made the largest transfer of property in the last 100 years in Europe. Public lands alienated on an industrial scale, lands taken with forged documents, or by force through the law. Look at who the owners of the south are today and it is very clear.
This type of transfer of ownership in Europe was done in the Middle Ages. There, the king divided it, rewarding soldiers, when they conquered territories, with property. This is happening here, only without the war part.
In short, this is determining the owners of Albania, the people who will have Albania forever.
But let's return once again to the great concern of law-lovers outraged by the destruction of Theth. There is a universal principle in the exploitation of natural resources. They belong to the local community. And this is a divine principle.
If you look at the way God or nature has built things, you understand it very well. In Vlora, it has brought the sea, in Fier oil, in Bulqize chrome, in Theth beautiful nature.
So everything is built in such a way that people can live in their places. Opposite this principle is of course the public interest in protecting nature. How has this duality been resolved? Very simply, with plans.
A responsible government that cares about nature should have made development plans for Theth. It should have determined the architecture, the places where it would be built, the material how it would be built and so on.
Even more so, a responsible government would have given money to those residents who did not have the opportunity to set up their own guesthouses. Because that would create an economy and keep the area unabandoned in a country that suffers from depopulation and mass desertification.
Now ask yourself the question. Are these the concerns of the government that has brought the Russians to Theth? Or the concern above? Because the answer is very clear.
