Manjani: The appeal of the GJKKO, the most monstrous court, anti-law and anti-human

The case of Aurel Zarka, in fact not the only one, is the peak of the scandal that an appeals court can create.

For information, according to procedural law (see Article 425) aggravating appeal, when the defendant appeals, is PROHIBITED.

So in short, you were convicted in the first instance and you, not the prosecutor, are appealing. The appeal cannot further aggravate your position.

This forbidden thing has definitely happened to Aurel Zarka. The GJKKO appeal suggests that he be punished more severely and under aggravating circumstances. The SPAK prosecutors did not ask the court for this. She does it herself, in violation of every principle, article and law of this world.

It is the same court that does almost the same thing with Lefter Koka in the Fier incinerator case. In this case, the Supreme Court overturned the Court of Appeals, specifying precisely the principle that an appeal CANNOT WEAKEN the defendant's position.

But, the Appeal of the GjKKO is not stopped by either the law or the Supreme Court. No one stops this unlawful, monstrous and anti-human court.

The Appeal of the GJKKO is today above the law, above the Constitution and above any other court, including the highest one.
In particular, ignoring the Constitutional authority of the Supreme Court and its counting decisions, the Appeal of the GJKKO has made it its routine!

Unbelievable, but true!

This unconstitutional and illegal situation is alarming!

The court, especially the appeal, should be a guarantee, not a crematorium or an inquisition. The APPEAL of the GJKKO is today a crematorium of the freedoms and constitutional rights of Albanians, which is where the trouble leads them.

It has no connection with the democratic accusatory system of trial.

Because we constantly say wolf-wolf about SPAK, but the jackal, that is, the GJKKO Appeal, wreaks havoc.

That court must take the strongest possible blow that the laws write, because they cannot be above the law and cannot ignore the superior courts of the Republic.

In the meantime, until the monitoring and decision-making institutions in this country wake up, don't worry, people!
