The two separate parts of the Democratic Party rushed to receive the credits for the SPAK's action towards the incenerators, where one side spoke through Belind Kulic and the other side through Jorida Tabak.
Jorida Tabaku gave credit to the parliamentary investigative commission that led herself, while Belind Kullic, besides the work of this commission, also praised co-operation with the LSI. Indeed, if all the chronology of the statements that have been made are taken into account, LSI was the first to address the SPAK on this issue.
Her indictments were later attached to those of the DP, which the parliamentary investigative commission left out of the LSI. In both cases, both in the arrest of Lefter Head and the request for authorisation for the arrest of Alqi Bllakos, SPAK reports suggest that the investigations are strongly based on lsi's denunciates.
Ironic is the fact that both Koka and Bllako are former LSI people, even associates close to Ilir Meta. Head as deputy and minister of environment, while Alqi Bllako as Head Secretary, until secretary of meta in the Presidency.
In every public appearance, activities and presentations of reports on the work that the prosecutor leads, The Kraja states that this structure does not recognize the conviction of the political directions of persons under investigation, but only the law and objective assigned to it within the framework of justice reform; fighting corruption at the high levels.
But the arrest warrants for Head and Blakon leave however little bitter taste that in this case, with or inadvertently SPAK has turned into a mechanism that is serving lsi's revenge and punishing the names that broke with Illyrian Meta.
In this case, the issue of the incenerators deserves investigation, but in the drawers of the SPAK there are other serious corruption files and unclosed hesapes with the leading protagonists of the former top head of state; Including Ilir Meta.
The inherited files that are sleeping are some, from those at financial cost, to those with human losses, such as CEZ-DIA, HECs, January 21, Gerdeci, Partizan Complex, Cranberry Factory, fuel branding and other privatizations and concessions that have been given over the years, where two of them have turned into a burden today even on the price of oil.
All these lead us to reasonable doubts that the Special Prosecution is acting by two standards; one for citizens and businesses without power and the other for officials, former officials and the powerful.
