A fire broke out this Monday afternoon in the village of Tërbaç, including a wide area of forests and pastures.

Due to the strong wind and difficult mountainous terrain, the flames are spreading rapidly in the direction of the mountain, burning pastures and forests.

Residents of the area, together with local authorities, have asked for aerial intervention, as the firefighting vehicles deployed in the field have difficulty reaching the fires due to the steep terrain.

The situation appears dangerous as the apartments are nearby.

Firefighters from the municipality and the surrounding areas are at the scene, but emphasize that without air support it is difficult to bring a fire of this size under control.
