Kurbini Prosecutor's Office request to the Supreme Court for the questioning of former officer Jeton Lami, regarding the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj.

The prosecution also requests that the security measure "arrest in prison" for Lam not be changed.

August 9, 2022 is the day when the family members of Ervis Martinaj lost contact with their relative. Since 20:00 of that day, they have not contacted Martinaj even through third parties.

A day later, the family members reported the disappearance to the Kurbin police station and are afraid that something bad may have happened to him, which raises suspicions that he may have been killed.

Kurbin's prosecutor's office registered the case only for the charge of kidnapping.
