Laert Haxhiu, a seasoned and ruthless criminal, the man who, in this long history of violence and blood, did not even spare his cousin, whom he tortured and threw tied into the lake, but as if he was his enemy wild, it seems he was just as serious when he hatched the next plan for the physical elimination of the two female prosecutors.

Prosecutors who, according to him, had brought him to the tip of his nose with the investigations they had opened against him, and for that they deserved to get rid of him in any way. Not sparing the injury to her dearest people, whom, according to the now repentant justice Artan Tafani, the head of the criminal group in Lushnja, had ordered to follow them at every step, not even sparing the children here.

Confessions that also revealed the ominous scenario of how Laert Haxhiu had a concrete plan in his head to kill a SPAK prosecutor and a former prosecutor in Lushnja. This prosecutor of SPAK would be Doloreza Musabelliu, also known as the prosecutor of hard files, who would not think that the end of September would be the last day for her as well when she would cross the threshold of the court alone. This is because in the evening increased police forces would be present in the perimeter of her apartment to protect her. From the phlegmatic character of the world of crime, already sentenced to 18 years in prison, while he is still on trial for the massacre of Lushnja with two killed and two wounded that happened in 2017.

However, it seems that Laert Haxhiu was not only angry with the SPAK prosecutor, Doloreza Musabelliu. Feeling already surrounded by the justice that had put him in the grip, he simultaneously plans another murder within the ranks of his open files.

According to the data provided by the show 'On target', the reason why Laert Haxhiu wanted the elimination of the prosecutor Merita Selimi, is the fact that the latter managed to document that the organizer of the massacre in Lushnja was precisely Laert Haxhiu, who from the investigations showed that acted together with his two friends, Orges Bilbili and Anterio Kaloshi. While Laert Haxhiu expected to close the file according to his threatening method, the prosecutor Selimi, after coming to the conclusion that he had discovered a criminal group, decided to declare incompetence for the file and passed it to SPAK, specifically to the prosecutor, Doloreza Musabelliu. At the request of this prosecutor, the court sentenced Orgest Bilbili and Anterio Kaloshi, two friends of Laert Haxhiu, to life imprisonment, while the trial is still ongoing for the latter. But,

Artan Tafani, the man he had used in several executions and who is aware of many of these events, told the investigators during his debriefing that Laert Haxhiu also intended to kill the lawyer, Adriatik Doga. The latter, in an appearance for the media, tried to refute the testimony of the repentant justice, but Operation "Never Forget" would only be the opening of Pandora's box for a series of murders that occurred over time. of recent years, in some areas of Albania, but also scattered in Greece. The starting point was precisely the group led by Laert Haxhiu, where among those arrested was his girlfriend, Klea Gjata. Confessions of the penitent, Artan Tafani, that shed light on six murders, 4 in Albania and 2 in Greece.

Violent eliminations, assassinations with explosives, but also armed robberies that were discovered only after following the traces of these film images. The moment when Artan Tafani, disguised with an anticovid mask and with a gun in his hand, robs an Exchange in the Astir area. The robbery committed in June, where he is seen threatening the employees and after taking 30,000 euros leaves on a bicycle, was the way the police tracked Tafan through the sophisticated device, IMCI CATCHER.

Tafani was arrested only a few months after the robbery committed in the area of ​​Astir, in a hotel in Lushnja, after the investigators put in front of them irrefutable evidence implicating him in the murder of Alban Semak, alias Elton Mermal. Under these conditions, Tafani decided to speak and analyze the crimes of Laert Haxhiu's gang in recent years.

But how was Alban Semaku, alias Elton Mermali, who was said to have participated in the murder of Bledar Haxhiu, a relative of Laert Haxhiu, killed. The event took place in 1998, carried out by the Lushnja gang led by Aldo Bare, but whose name was brought to light at the time by the repentant Petrit Lici. In recent years, Semaku had turned into a drug user and had not been out of prison for many days when he was found executed in Peqin. Artan Tafani told the investigators that as soon as Laert Haxhiu learned that Semaku had been released from prison, he hatched a plan for his execution and to enable this plan. Tafani said that he took him out of the house promising that he would find drugs for him, as he confessed that he waited for Semak in front of the house with his car and as soon as he arrived, they headed towards Peqin.

"Eltoni and I used to do drugs together. He was out of prison and Laertes found out and ordered me to kill him. I went with my car and waited near the house. He came and we headed towards Peqin because I had told him I would find drugs. When they arrived in Peqin, we stopped in an area that I told him was drug. At that moment, I shot him in the head with a bullet", Tafani stated according to the investigation file.

From the evidence collected at the scene, as well as the testimony of the already repentant justice, Artan Tafani, as well as the confrontation of the facts, it was proven that he was the author of the murder of Alban Semaku. Meanwhile, the investigative group came to the conclusion that after this murder, the orderer was Laert Haxhiu.

"On October 17, 2021 at around 10:00 a.m., in the Çezmë district, Peqin, citizen Alban Semaku alias Elton Mermali was found shot dead. During the examination of the scene as material evidence, among other things, two cylindrical shells in bronze color with the capsule at the end marked 'GPL-09' were found and seized, and from the examination of the corpse it turned out that the victim had 3 gunshot wounds, one on the head and two more on the body.

From the investigative actions carried out in connection with this criminal proceeding, such as statements, review of film footage, telephone and environmental interceptions, citizens Artan (Marjus) Tafani and Laert Haxhiu, Lulzim Spahija (Arapi) have been identified as the suspected author of this event. ", it is stated in the investigation file.

Nga aktet e procedimit penal lidhur me këtë ngjarje rezulton se: Më datë 13 Qershor 2021, në orën 10:38, një telefonues anonim i cili kishte shkuar per peshkim ne rezervuarin e Gjangit në Korçë, ka telefonuar në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Korçë se kishte parë një person të mbytur në rezervuar, por nuk është afruar për ta parë nga afër.

Nga grupi hetimor në vendngjarje është konstatuar se në anë të rezervuarit, përballë vendit të quajtur ‘Vakëfi’ është gjetur një kufomë e seksit mashkull e lidhur me litar, e paidentifikuar e cila kishte filluar të dekompozohej. Nga kqyrja e kufomës ka rezultuar se viktima ka pasur një dëmtim në pjesën e pasme të kokës me gjatësi rreth 7 cm, shkaktuar me send të fortë.

Në veshjet e kufomës u gjet një Fletë lirimi nga IEVP Peqin, datë 21 Maj 2021, me emrin Fridman Xhaferaj. Nga verifikimi në Sistemin TIMS rezultoi se shtetasi Fridman Xhaferaj është shpallur në kërkim në datën 24 Shkurt 2021 për veprën penale ‘Shkatërrim prone me zjarr;”, thuhet në dosjen hetimore.

Lidhur mbi vdekjen makabre të të vëllait, Aleksandër Xhaferaj, tha për hetuesit se më 24 maj 2021 në shtëpinë e tij bashkë me Fridmanin kishte shkuar edhe një person me emrin Kristi Bixheku. Sipas tij, Bixheku drejtonte një automjet ‘Mercedez-Benz’ me ngjyrë të zezë, të cilën e kishte marrë atë dhe të vëllanë dhe kishin shkuar në Elbasan ku ishin takuar me Lulzim Arapin. Ndërsa Fridmani me Kristi Bixhekun sipas tij u nisën drejt Korçës, pasi i vëllai do të shkonte për në Greqi. Po ashtu i penduari i drejtësisë Artan Tafani, tregoi për hetuesit se Laert Haxhiu e vrau Fridmanin pasi kishte frikë se mos e tradhtonte.

“Laerti dyshonte se Fridmani e kishte tradhtuar dhe I kërkonte llogari. Fridmani e kishte marrë atë nga burgu dhe e kishte kërcënuar që te ndërhynte për tu liruar. Para se ta vrisnim e kemi dhunuar në mënyrë barbare. Ai e kuptoi se do ta vrisnim. Ai përpiqej të shpëtonte, por nuk kishte mundësi, pasi e mbanin nga krahët. Lutej e përgjërohej, por e qëlluam me plumb në kokë. Trupin e lidhëm dhe e trasportuam me makinë dhe e hodhëm në rezervuar”, ka deklaruar Artan Tafani sipas dosjes hetimore.

Por, krimet e bandës së Laert Haxhiut nuk u ndalën këtu, ato ishin vetëm në fillimet e tyre. Brenda kalendarit të vitit 2021, grupi kreu edhe një tjetër vrasje, këtë herë viktima ishte Albi Bashaliu.

“Më datë 27 Dhjetor 2021, rreth orës 08:30, është njoftuar Drejtoria Vendore e Policisë Elbasan se në fshatin Gjoçaj, të Bashkisë Peqin, pranë lokalit të shtetasit Sami Bashaliu është vrarë nga dy persona të paidentifikuar shtetasi Albi Mustafa Bashaliu, i datëlindjes 4 Maj 1989, banues në këtë fshat. Nga veprimet hetimore të kryera në vendngjarje ka rezultuar se në këtë datë shtetasi Albi Bashaliu ka shkuar i vetëm me automjetin e tij të markes Volksvagen me targa DR 1074 F për te lokali i shtetasit Sami Bashaliu të ndodhur në fshatin Gjocaj, Bashkia Peqin”, – thuhet ne dosjen hetimore.

Sipas dinamikës së ndërtuar të ngjarjes, Ardi Bashaliu u qëllua sapo parkoi makinën pranë lokalit të të afërmit të tij, nga dy autorë të cilët mbanin maska anti-covid.

Pas ngjarjes të dy këta persona kanë djegur në vendngjarje mjetin e tyre dhe pasi kanë marrë çelësat e mjetit të markës Volksvagen me targa DR 1074 F, në përdorim të shtetasit Albi Bashaliu janë larguar menjëherë nga vendi i ngjarjes me shpejtësi”, thuhet në dosjen hetimore.

Pra sipas policisë, autorët u larguan nga vendi i krimit me makinën e viktimës. Sipas rrëfimit edhe këtë herë të të penduarit, Artan Tafani, edhe Arbi Bashaliu u vra nga grupi i Laert Haxhiut, si shenjë hakmarrje për një vrasje që vëllai i tij kishte kryer.

“Albi Bashaliu dyshohet se është vrarë për motive gjakmarrje, pasi vëllai i tij Leonard Bashaliu kishte vrarë Ylber Xhahysën, mëngjesin e 8 qershorit. Laerti mori 50 mijë euro për vrasjen. Paratë ja dorëzoi Ilir Lamberti. Ai kishte lidhje me Xhahysët. Vrasjen e kam kryer unë me urdhër të Laert Haxhiut”, thuhet në dosjen hetimore.

Por Laert Haxhiu kishte nisur të spastronte kundërshtarë të tij edhe jashtë Shqipërisë, aty ku mendohet se ka kryer dy vrasje. Sipas drejtorit të policisë së Shtetit, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, vrasja e parë e dokumentuar tashmë nga Laert Haxhiu, në Greqi, është ajo e Lulzim Qorrit, i cili u ekzekutua në një atentat mafioz më 12 dhjetor 2018 teksa po pinte kafe në një lokal pranë sheshit Omonia në Athinë.

Lulzim Qorri u vra nga dy persona të armatosur që lëviznin me motoçikletë të cilët iu afruan shënjestrës së tyre dhe qëlluan pa mëshirë në drejtim të tij, ndërsa u larguan duke mos lënë pas asnjë gjurmë që të mund ti identifikonte. Një tjetër vrasje në Greqi për të cilën akuzohet tashmë Laert Haxhiu dhe grupi i tij është edhe ajo e Dikens Halilit, i cili edhe ky u vra teksa qëndronte në një lokal në kryeqytetin grek, Athinë, më datë 3 tetor 2021. Halili u qëllua nga një burrë i maskuar, i cili iu afrua pronarit në këmbë që ishte jashtë kafenesë dhe po bisedonte me klientët. Sipas mediave greke Halili ishte një emër i njohur për autoritetet pasi ishte me precedent të mëparshëm penal dhe dyshohet se vrasja ndodhi për larje hesapesh. I penduari Tafani iu tha hetuesve se Laerti organizoi vrasjen e tyre, pasi ishin përplasur për drogën në Roterdam.
