The murder in Sukth / The police provide the important information, what the investigations have revealed so far

Seven people have been escorted to be questioned by the police, regarding the murder of Fatjon Dervish yesterday midnight in Sukth.

Among those accompanied is the friend of the dervish, the citizen with the initials E.Sh. who was in the car during the shooting attack.

The police say they are cooperating with the prosecution and Interpol to discover the victim's connections with other people who may be of interest to the investigation. Also, his phones and security cameras were seized on the route he traveled last night.

According to information from the Dutch authorities, the victim had been investigated in this country for narcotics.

Fatjon "Toni" Dervishi had a precedent in Spain as well, as he was the author of injuring a girl a year ago in a hotel on the Tirana-Durres highway.

In relation to the event that happened around 11:45 p.m., on 26.09.2023, in Katund, Sukth, where still unidentified citizens fired at the vehicle driven by citizen TD (M.), 37 years old, resident in Katund, Sukth, who as a result lost his life, in the hospital, we inform you that:

As soon as they received the notification, the Durrës Police services and 2 groups of FNSH, Tirana, arrived at the scene and set up checkpoints on all axes related to the area, with the aim of catching the perpetrators. In addition, the investigative group, set up specifically to clarify this case, has continued its work, under the direction of the prosecutor, to record any evidence that will lead to the clarification of the event and the identification of the perpetrators.

Sh., pasagjer në automjetin që drejtonte 37-vjeçari, në momentin e të shtënave), janë sekuestruar kamerat e sigurisë me pamje nga aksi rrugor “Maminas – Shijak - Sukth – Sallmone” (aksi që kishte ndjekur shtetasi T. D. (M.)), janë ushtruar kontrolle banesash, janë këqyrur celularë, si dhe është bashkëpunuar me ZQK Interpol Tiranën, për të identifikuar lidhje shoqërore të viktimës apo shtetas me të cilët mund të ketë pasur konflikte, jashtë vendit. Gjithashtu, janë sekuestruar automjeti që drejtonte T. D. (M.) dhe 2 celularët e tij, dhe vijon ekzaminimi i hollësishëm i tyre.

From the verifications so far carried out in coordination with the Dutch counterparts, it has been found that the citizen TD (M.) has been investigated in this country, for trafficking in narcotics.

The materials for these procedural actions have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for conducting further investigations, in order to clarify the dynamics of this event, for the identification and capture of the perpetrators.
