We remind you that Leonard Palushi was put in handcuffs after the testimony of associate justice Nuredin Dumani. Palushi is accused by SPAK of having received a Benz type car from Erjon Alibej, a well-known figure of the underworld in Elbasan, already arrested for two murders in this city.
SPAK says that Palushi helped Alibejn divert the investigation into one of the murders, implicating other people.
