Two years after the murder of Endri Mustafa with a bullet in the mouth in Shkodër, the prosecutor's office of this city has decided to charge Ibrahim Lic with "premeditated murder" carried out in cooperation and "unlicensed possession of firearms".

Since May 2021, Lici has been wanted by the police as the suspected perpetrator of Mustafa's murder, which happened in the "Livadhe" area in Shkodër. Lici has been staying in Turkey for some time, moving freely in this country.

But the prosecutors of Shkodra have already filed charges against him, based on the first testimony that 15-year-old Ergys Malja gave to the police. Initially, Malja has shown that he was the one who took Endri Mustafa out of the house and together they went to the area called "Excavator Pits".

Yes, according to him, Ibrahim Lici suddenly appeared on the road with a motorcycle, who shot Endri Mustafa with a pistol, leaving him dead on the spot. While the minor himself, Ergys Malja, has shown that he ran away, being able to escape.

Just one week after the serious crime, the police arrested Ergys Maljan as an accomplice in this murder. Malja was initially sentenced to 24 years in prison by the court of Shkodra, but due to his minor age, his sentence was reduced, finally being sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment.

It is now the turn of the other defendant, Ibrahim Lici, to face the evidence and facts of the prosecution. The latter continues to be wanted since 2020, while he has denied all the charges brought by the prosecution. Ibrahim Lici claims that on the day when the crime took place and at the time of the incident, he was not physically in Shkodër.

According to him, he stayed in Tirana and to prove his presence, he submitted to the prosecutor's office the film footage of the apartment where he stayed in the capital. Lici claims that he stayed in Tirana in the company of 4 of his friends and a girl.

All these people can be seen in the footage submitted to the prosecutor's office. But during an examination that the experts of the police laboratory made of the video footage, they came to the conclusion that they were not able to express whether the person in the video footage is Ibrahim Lici or not.

Based on this situation and referring to the first testimony that Ergys Malja gave to the police implicating Ibrahim Lici in this murder, the Shkodra prosecutor's office has already filed charges against him, calling him the main author in the murder of Endri Mustafa.
