The director of the Shkodra Police, Edmond Sulaj, gave details to the media about the double murder that shocked Velipoja this evening.

"It is thought that the cause of this conflict is a debate between the two victims and the owners of the hotel "Lakaj", Eduart and Gëzim Frroku.

The debate took place on June 28 of this year, between the waiter and the cook of this bar", said Sulaj.
