A murder with firearms has shocked the city of Fier at noon today, where 41-year-old Elton Javori was the victim.

One of the residents of the neighborhood "16 Aprili", where the execution took place, spoke to the media. He said that the deceased lived 100 meters away from the place where he was killed. The resident says that the moment he heard the screams, he quickly left the cafe where he was entering.

"He was a wonderful, educated and kind boy. God knows where it came from. I didn't hear gunshots. This one has mom and dad here. His brothers are in Germany. As soon as I left the house, I went in to drink coffee, I ran out", said the resident.
