Arben Lamçja  is accused by SPAK of being the money launderer of the crime of Franc and Hajdar Çopja , from whom SPAK has seized dozens of assets, as well as $10 million in cryptocurrency.

Extradited in August 2024 from Kosovo, he was wanted as a hitman in the Golden Bullet 2 case, one of the Çopja brothers' trusted soldiers.

Against the Çopjave organization, SPAK has previously seized over 1 million euros in cash, 2 bank accounts worth 132 thousand euros and dozens of real estate properties in the names of family members and other persons associated with the criminal organization:

-Plot, 3 villas and 4 garages in a resort in Farka, Tirana 

-Domus Hotel in Tirana

-Former Villa Gjuta on Elbasani Street in Tirana

-3 arable land areas in Vilë-Ballaj, Kavaja

-2 business buildings in Tirana

-Plot and arable land in Elbasan

-2 areas of arable land and pasture in Qeparo, Vlora

-Apartment, in Golem Kavaja

-Apartment on Elbasan Street

-Duplex in Tirana

-Economic operator Elba Beton (Seized along with the building in Bradashesh and its bank accounts)

-1 shop in Elbasan owned by the company "Elba Beton shpk"

-1 restaurant in Bradashesh owned by "Elba Beton shpk"

-Villa A7 owned by "Elba Beton shpk"

Some of the seized assets belong to Arben Lamçe, 3 acres of arable land in Vilë-Ballaj, Kavajë, land in Elbasan, and the Domus hotel .

During October-November 2020, he secured the conditions to kill Nuredin Dumani, now a fugitive from justice, on behalf of Franc Çopja, 250 thousand euros for his capture, 500 thousand euros to kill him.

Arben Lamçja is accused by SPAK of laundering the criminal proceeds of the Copja brothers by purchasing property in his name and that of the Copja family.
