This afternoon, inside the Shkodra polyclinic, 18-year-old Arvin Fregjaj stabbed 32-year-old Vildan Kepëca .

In the VIDEO, the knife that the 18-year-old is holding in his hand is clearly visible, and the moment when the 32-year-old falls to the ground from the blow with the cold weapon.


The injured man was transported to the hospital, while the motives for the conflict have not yet become clear.
