The decision of the rector of the University of Tirana is repealed, the Administrative Court reinstates the dean Dorina Hoxha

The Administrative Court of Tirana ruled in favor of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dorina Hoxha, and annulled the act of Rector Artan Hoxha.

The court ordered the dean's reinstatement and declared that this decision takes effect immediately, meaning the dean must be reinstated as of today, even if the losing party appeals.

On May 20, the deanship of Prof. Dr. Dorina Hoxha was suspended by order of the rector, after expressing interest in running for the High Judicial Council.
