The Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction has dismissed the appeal of director Petri Bozo, who had requested the relaxation of the security measure imposed on him.

The decision was made a few days ago, while the trial panel upheld the decision of the Elbasan Court of First Instance on the security measure of "prison arrest".

The serious incident was recorded on the morning of May 25, near the Mengël village school in Elbasan, where a first-grade child lost his life after being hit by a vehicle while he was near the road with his mother, after they had accompanied his sister to school.

Investigations to fully elucidate the circumstances of the accident continue.
