Serious accident in Elbasan, 19-year-old dies after his car went off the road

A serious road accident occurred this Thursday afternoon on the "Elbasan-Librazhd" axis, in the village of Mengël.

According to preliminary information, the vehicle driven by 19-year-old Kelment Balla went off the road. As a result of the accident, the young man died on the spot.

The full circumstances of the incident are still unknown, and an official reaction from the State Police is awaited.

Meanwhile, the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to fully clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident.
