Erzen Breçani.

Erzen Brecani arrived a few moments ago at the SPAK premises.

He is expected to face two charges, "money laundering" and "supporting the perpetrator."

Brecan comes to SPAK about a week after his release from the cell. It was the Special Appeal that changed the security measure from "arrest to prison" to "house arrest."

Today,[1] the charges are expected to be communicated to Dedan John and Bujar Ajeti (Germizi).

Breçani was put in handcuffs in November 2023 by order of SPAK. In November, the Special Prosecution issued 11 arrest warrants, some of which were executed, while others were not, because they were not located in Albanian territory.

Ervin Mata, Eralbi Brecani, son of Erzen Brecani, remains in the search.

He was seen smiling at the entrance to SPAK, as he did not speak to journalists who were at the door of the institution.
