The businessman's son, Ymer Lala, is arrested .

The handcuffing of the young man happened yesterday evening during an action of the State Police for the action against gambling.

The 24-year-old from Dibra, who turns out to be an employee of the Guard of the Republic, ended up in handcuffs as the organizer of gambling in his bar.

The young Ylard Lala managed a bar on "Andon Zakon Çajupi" street, where during a check by the Police, 7 other people were discovered in the act who were playing at the poker table.

The police have issued an official announcement about the action, releasing the surveillance images taken inside the bar. 

Police notification:

It is finalized by Police Station No. 2 coded police operation "Poker 2". 11 citizens were arrested red-handed who were caught red-handed organizing games in violation of the law, in a bar on "Andon Zako Çajupi" street.

7 other citizens are being processed at large for not reporting a crime. 1 poker table and chips, mobile devices, and various amounts of money benefited from this activity are seized. 

Services of Police Station No. 2 following the work to combat the illegal activity of gambling, based on the information provided by the information intelligence for a case of exercising this activity, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Poker 2".

As part of this operation, the following citizens were arrested: - YL, 24 years old, resident of Tirana, for the criminal offenses of "Organizing or practicing gambling activities in violation of the law" and "Making premises available for illegal games" , provided by articles 197 and 197 of the Criminal Code; - EF, 43 years, NP, 49 years, FR, 58 years, RN, 32 years, AT, 25 years, MN, 46 years, HB, 23 years, RK, 26 years, EV, 38 years, and CM, 56 years old, for the criminal offense "Organizing or practicing gambling activities in violation of the law", provided for by Article 197 of the Criminal Code.

Also, citizens EN, 18 years old, FP, 39 years old, KN, 36 years old, KP, 21 years old, A. Sh., 34 years old, D. Gj., 33 years old, and HD, 35 years old, were criminally prosecuted for the crime criminal "Decriminalization of crime", provided by article 300 of the Criminal Code.

During the checks carried out, the Police services have caught red-handed playing games of chance in violation of the law, the arrested citizens, in a bar managed by the citizen YL, while the 7 citizens who were processed at large, were aware of the exercise of this activity, and they have not reported it to the competent authorities. As material evidence, 1 poker table and chips, mobile devices, and various amounts of money suspected to have benefited from this activity were seized. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
