Details from the serious event that happened in Tirana, where a 3-year-old child died after being sent to a clinic to fill a tooth due to pain.

It was the parents of the little boy who reported the case to the police, they accuse the dentist of injecting an excessive amount of narcosis.

The minor's grandfather told the media that the doctor told us that in 10 minutes the narcosis will come out, according to him, the 3-year-old turned yellow and his temperature rose.

Grandfather:  There were no problems before. We filed a report, we demand that he be punished. from the state, otherwise don't destroy us. Neither the State Police nor the Ministry of Health has made it a problem, but they have acted covertly for their own interests. We want justice. The boy has been in very good condition, he has not had any problems before. We sent him home, because the doctor told us that there is no problem, that about 10 minutes to 30 minutes passes the narcosis, he said that there is no problem. The boy stayed at home, started turning yellow and was in a coma. The temperature started at 39.5, we called the doctor on the phone because he didn't even answer the phone so we could ask him what to do. 

Police notification: 

"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 4 have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for the citizen R. Xh., 70 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Medication of negligently", after citizen BS filed a complaint that citizen R. Xh. treated the 3-year-old son of citizen BS negligently in his private clinic, who after treatment in this clinic developed complications and after 3 days, died in the hospital".
