Search continues for 27-year-old in Has, relative: He took his father and told
Ajet Lleshi

The search for 27-year-old Ajet Lleshi, who has been missing since April 6, is continuing in Has.

While the media reported yesterday that his body had been found, this was denied today by Dylber Geca, a relative of his from Hasi, in an exclusive interview for the show "Breaking" with Fiori Dardhana on Top News.

"We just returned from the mountain. I wanted to refute all the journalists, even those media outlets that wrote yesterday that Ajet Lleshi was found. He has not been found, we are still searching. We thank all the residents of the Has municipality, especially the village of Kisha. Riza Lleshi, his father, is not lost, but is in the mountain looking for his son," said Geca.

According to information confirmed by family members, Ajeti left the apartment on April 6 to cut wood in the forest, but never returned. At 12:00 that day, he spoke to his father, Riza Lleshi, telling him: “ I broke my leg .” His father asked him if he had any bread with him and Ajeti replied that he did, but after 12:00 at night, his phone was turned off.

An army helicopter and a team from Kosovo have been deployed to assist in the search, putting drones into service to monitor the area.
