Former Democratic Mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahisa, is expected to be charged by SPAK.

He appeared today at SPAK's premises for the third time, while very little is known about the case for which he was investigated.

It was previously reported that he had been denounced after he fired the director of the Waterworks during his time as mayor.

The last time he appeared before SPAK, Spahia did not provide details about why he had been summoned, but said that his case "has no public interest" and that it has nothing to do with money laundering or any other serious offense.
