Bardh Spahia, the former Democratic mayor of Shkodra, appeared before SPAK today.

This is the third time that Spahia has appeared before SPAK, while previously it was reported that a complaint was filed against him after he had dismissed the director of the Waterworks during his time as mayor.

The last time he appeared before SPAK, Spahia did not provide details about why he had been summoned, but said that his case "has no public interest" and that it has nothing to do with money laundering or any other serious offense.
