The company " TIBO " has reacted after the publication of the news by the media that the company " Tibo " is under investigation by the prosecutor's office for fraud and that a preventive seizure has been imposed .

"Tibo" declares that the news is untrue and malicious, but according to the decision of the Tirana Court for the sequestration of the TIBO company that is published today by Top Channel, after the request of the prosecutors Ndini Tavani and Mirela Zavalani, until the end of the investigations, the court decided a preventive seizure of Tibo.al, Tibo Shpk and Megaware.

Based on the court file, the fraud scheme was discovered after citizen Mirlinda Heidorn reported Adnan Mahmutajn, who has 32% of the shares in Tibo shpk.

According to the file available to Top Channel, Mahmutaj told the complainant Mirlinda Heidorn that he needs an amount of 2.2 million euros for the continuation of the contract he had with the Italian state, which the complainant has credited. The direct beneficiary of the amount of 2.2 million euros is "Megaware Shpk" and the guarantors are "Tibo Comunication shpk" and "Tibo Al" shpk, providing in the contract a monthly commission of 25,000 euros.

The complainant explains that she met with Mirgen Zecallari, a shareholder in the related companies, who assured her that she will not receive the credited money, as Tibo is incapacitated. She has not been able to receive the money, even though the contract provided for a 12-month deadline.

"Citizen Adnand Mahmutaj is being investigated for the criminal offense of "Deception with serious consequences", provided by Article 143/3 of the Criminal Code. This is due to the fact that this citizen was lent by the citizen Mirlinda Heidorn and then alienated the quotas of the guarantee companies. Then, through his actions, by re-purchasing the previously donated quotas, he aggravated the financial position of Tibo Comunication, specifically one of the guarantor companies in the contract with the MH seller, Tibo Comunication as well as the companies connected to it, referred to capital data, the conviction is created that they have the ability to pay, for the repayment of the obligation", it is written in the file.

According to the website Webljm, which published the decision on Tibo's sexual assault a day ago, the investigation turns out to have been initiated by the Tirana Economic Crime and then followed by the capital's Prosecutor's Office.

We recall that months ago Top Channel reported that the TIBO company, without having any distribution rights through its IPTV platform, pirated broadcasting Top Channel and TV Klan all over the world.

TIBO also sold the championships, La Liga, Premier Ligue, Bundes Liga and Copa Italia to the Albanians as if it were their own, while these championships are bought with broadcasting rights only by DigitAlb. The operator, without any right and in complete violation of international laws and regulations, broadcast the sports events bought for tens of millions of euros by Digitalb./ Tch
