Breaking house arrest and breaking down the gate of an elderly woman's

A 47-year-old man resolved a conflict in the village with an elderly man by breaking down the door of his house with his car, for which he did not even have documents.

The suspected perpetrator is a person with a criminal record and is currently under "house arrest" by the Court, on charges of driving in an improper manner.

But the quarrel over weak motives did not stop him from breaking this measure and striking the 66-year-old's apartment in the village of Thane, causing panic and material damage.

Elbasan police intervened immediately, handcuffing the 47-year-old and continuing the investigation into the charges.

Elbasan Police Announcement:

" The services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat, after receiving notification that in the village of Thane, a citizen had damaged the gate of a house with a vehicle, immediately carried out investigative actions to identify the perpetrator. 

As a result of swift police action, citizen OL, 47 years old, resident of the village of Thane, was caught and arrested in flagrante delicto.

This citizen is suspected of having, for weak motives, damaged the gate of the apartment of citizen SH, 66 years old, in the village of Thane, with a vehicle he was driving without a driving license.    

The verifications showed that the 47-year-old had violated the security measure "house arrest", imposed by the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, for the criminal offense of "Irregular Driving". 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan, for the criminal offenses of "removing a prisoner from his place of residence", "driving a vehicle in an irregular manner" and "destruction of property".
