The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has denied Belind Këlliç's denunciation made the day before, who said that Judge Iliriana Olldashi is being threatened.

"The Public and Media Relations Service at the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime informs the public and the media that, in no case has there been and is no interference or exercise of inappropriate influence regarding the function of the judge of this Court, magistrate Iliriana Olldashi," the reaction states.

Response of the Appeal of the GJKKO:

With the aim of refuting the incorrect information, published on 13.02.2025 and quoted in various media outlets on 14.02.2025, which damages the image of the judge's impartiality and justice, and, in the most serious cases, of the judicial function itself, the Public and Media Relations Service at the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime informs the public and the media that, in no case has there been and is no interference or exercise of inappropriate influence regarding the function of the judge of this Court, magistrate Iliriana Olldashi.

The above announcement is forwarded to the public and the media in order to ensure the preservation and strengthening of public trust in the justice system and, in accordance with the principles of correctness, self-restraint and prudence of the judge, as set out in point 5, article 3, of Law No. 96/2016 “On the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.

Këlli?'s statement:

In a statement to the media, Këlliçi stated that threats have also begun against judge Ilirjana Olldashi.

"Our informal sources inform us that messages, both seductive and threatening, have begun to be sent to Judge Olldashi to favor Erion Veliaj and his criminal group and to circumvent the law, as has been done many times for the latter's mega-affairs, including the Tirana Phantom Incinerator and the 5D criminal affair," said Këlliçi.
