Drugs and weapons seized as part of operation "Tempulli 2"

The court of Elbasan has left 17 of the 18 arrested, during the operation "Tempulli 2", in prison, while one has been left under house arrest.

Referring to the arrests within the coded operation "Tempulli 2", date 22.01.2024, the Court

of the First Degree of General Jurisdiction Elbasan, informs the following:

Today, on 25.01.2024, the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Elbasan with

panel composed of judges Mrs. Thomaidha Roça, took into consideration in the session

judicially the request of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction

Elbasan with object "Request for the legal validation of the arrest/detention and determination of the measure

of insurance", to citizens: D.(E)K., GH; CA; GL; KA; AR; SK; EL; DB; VT; D. Ç.; A. Ll.;

BC; HS; GD; AR; XH.S.; DP; XH.P.;

After the examination in the court session, the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction

Elbasan, with decision no. 58, dated 25.01.2024, decided:

1.- The legal validation of the detention on 22.01.2024, at 13:15 of the DEK citizen; suspect

for committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics, provided by Article 283/1 of the Code

Criminal.

- The assignment to the DEK citizen of the personal insurance measure "Arrest in prison", provided by

Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

- The isolation of the DEK citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

2.- The legal validation of the ban on 22.01.2024, at 14:15 of the GH citizen; suspect

for committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics, provided by Article 283/1 of the Code

Criminal.

- Assignment to the GH citizen; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- Isolation of the GH citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

3.- The legal validation of the ban on 22.01.2024, at 13:00 of the AK citizen; suspect

for committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics, provided by Article 283/1 of the Code

Criminal.

- Assignment to the citizen AK; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- The isolation of the AK citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

4.-The legal validation of the detention on 22.01.2024, at 13:25 of the GL citizen; suspect

for committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics, provided by Article 283/1 of the Code

Criminal.

- Assignment to GL citizen; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- Isolation of the GL citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

5.-The legal validation of the detention on 22.01.2024, at 13:35 of the citizen KA; suspect

for committing the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics, provided by Article 283/1 of the Code

Criminal.

- Assignment to the KA citizen; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit K.A.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

6.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 13:55 të shtetasit A.R.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve, parashikuar nga neni 283/1 i Kodit

Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit A.R.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni

238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit A.R.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

7.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 13:45 të shtetasit S.K.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve, parashikuar nga neni 283/1 i Kodit

Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit S.K.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni

238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit S.K.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

8.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 14:05 të shtetasit E.L.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve, parashikuar nga neni 283/1 i Kodit

Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit E.L.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni

238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit E.L.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

9.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 14:05 të shtetasit D.B.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve, parashikuar nga neni 283/1 i Kodit

Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit D.B.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni

238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit D.B.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

10.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 15:20 të shtetasit V.T.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve, parashikuar nga neni 283/1 i Kodit

Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit V.T.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni

238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit V.T.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

11.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 15:30 të shtetasit D. Ç.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve, parashikuar nga neni 283/1 i Kodit

Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit D. Ç.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga

neni 238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit D. Ç.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

12.-Ndalimi i datës 22.01.2024, ora 16:00 i shtetasit A.Ll.; i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale

“Moskallëzim i krimit”, parashikuar nga neni 300 i Kodit Penal, nuk vlerësohet i kryer në mënyrë

të ligjshme.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit nën hetim A.Ll.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në shtëpi”,

parashikuar nga neni 237 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

13.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 15:40 të shtetasit B.K.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve,” parashikuar nga neni 283/2 i

Kodit Penal.

-Caktimin ndaj shtetasit B.K.; të masës së sigurimit personal”Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni

238 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

– Urdhërohet izolimni i shtetasit B.K.; në ambientet e paraburgimit pranë një Institucioni të

Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale, për të qenë në dispozicion të organit të procedurës.

14.-Vleftësimin e ligjshëm të ndalimit në datën 22.01.2024, ora 15:50 të shtetasit H.S.; i dyshuar

për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja enarkotikëve,” parashikuar nga neni 283/2 i

Kodit Penal.

- Assignment to the HS citizen; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- The isolation of the HS citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

15.-The legal validation of the ban on 22.01.2024, at 15:00 of the citizen GD; suspect

for the commission of the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by article 283/2 of

Criminal Code.

- Assignment to the citizen GD; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- The isolation of the GD citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

16.-The legal validation of the ban on 22.01.2024, at 16:00 of the AR citizen; suspect

for the commission of the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by article 283/2 of

Criminal Code.

- Assignment to AR citizen; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- The isolation of the AR citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

17.-The legal validation of the ban on 22.01.2024, at 18:00 of the citizen XH.S.; suspect

for the commission of the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by article 283/2 of

Criminal Code.

- Assignment to the citizen XH.S.; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by

Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

- The isolation of the citizen XH.S. is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

18.-The legal validation of the detention on 22.01.2024, at 16:20 of the DP citizen; suspect

for the commission of the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by article 283/2 of

Criminal Code.

- Assignment to the DP citizen; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by the article

238 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

- Isolation of the DP citizen is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

19.-The legal validation of the ban on the date 22.01.2024, at 16:00 of the citizen XH.P.; suspect

for the commission of the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by article 283/2 of

Criminal Code.

- Assignment to the citizen XH.P.; of the measure of personal insurance "Arrest in prison", provided by

Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

- The isolation of the citizen XH.P. is ordered; in the detention facilities near an Institution

Execution of Criminal Decisions, to be available to the procedure body.

20.- The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Elbasan

cooperation with the Judicial Police, are charged with the execution of this decision.

21. Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Court of Appeal of the Jurisdiction of

General, within (five) days, starting this term from the day after the announcement of the decision

reasoned.
