The well-known pedagogue and activist, Ervin Goci, has made a reaction regarding the charge brought by the Prosecutor's Office against the author of the murder of the 42-year-old in Pogradec, Egli Proga , on Saturday afternoon.

The event, which was initially reported as accidental, was authored by Denis Meçen , who allegedly had a conflict with the young man, after asking him for the daily turnover of the business as a fine.

Such a thing was not accepted by the 42-year-old, as he said that he needs the income for his family and two minor children.

The refusal to pay caused the perpetrator of the murder, Meçe, to hit him several times, but a punch to the left side of the head seems to have proved fatal for Egli Proga's life.  

In his reaction, Goci ironized the Prosecutor's Office and the Court's decision, saying that murders are becoming legal as long as a clean and well-thought-out murder by the perpetrators of the crime is described by the prosecuting authorities as "Negligent murder". for which the perpetrator can be punished up to 5 years in prison, or simply fined.

According to Goci, the tax collectors who seem to have invaded the peaceful town of Pogradec are not the same as those of '97 when there was no state, but they are people who have the support of the government.

Ervin Goci's reaction:

" Imagine going to someone's door to take the money and beating him to death because he doesn't give it to you, it's called "manslaughter", which means you'll be out of jail for as long as you've been in to have hit a cow accidentally with a car.

To understand the state of order, it is enough to see that as the poorest city on the planet, Pogradec has turned into a nest of crime where "pizzo", i.e. fines, tributes, are imposed at the expense of ordinary citizens.

These criminals are not like the warlords of 1997 who were walking around with a 12.7 in their hands, but they are certainly people with power, and it is known where they get their power from.

Meanwhile, today, August 13, the Court of Korça imposed the measure of "imprisonment" for 29-year-old Denis Meçe, who is charged with "manslaughter".

As long as we are not at war, the masters of the war are surely the masters of vote buying and patronage, which apparently is not just an electoral thing, but also the door to be interested in the milk. Deserted Egli was killed by crime, killed by the police, killed by the prosecution, and killed by the court.

The only ones who can preserve and remember his condition are the simple and honest citizens, who are the majority and who must be politically organized to fight against crime ", writes Goci on social networks.
