His life was cut in the middle of Sunday afternoon in Pogradec after the barbaric violence perpetrated by 29-year-old Denis Meçe.

Surprisingly, the Court of Korça has decided that Denis Meçe will face the charge of " manslaughter ", which can lead to a maximum sentence of five years in prison, or even a fine.

This decision has raised many doubts, since initially the Police had referred the event to the Prosecutor's Office as " intentional murder ", a charge that could have brought a sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison.

Meanwhile, for the other three arrested persons related to this event, Voltan Shulku, Arian Manellar and Leonidha Guce , the court decided the measure of "compulsion to appear".
