The State Matura cycle ends today.

After completing the three previous exams – in Foreign Languages, Albanian Language and Mathematics – today, high school graduates will be tested on the knowledge gained in a selected subject, depending on the profile followed during high school. The subjects included in this exam are divided into several areas: Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology), Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civics and Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology), as well as Economics and Arts (Economics, Art History, Music History, Ballet History).

Students must report to school at 08:00, equipped with an identification document (ID card or passport), while the exam will start at 10:00 and will last for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

To ensure the smooth running of the process, it is strictly forbidden to carry phones or smart watches during the testing. The QSHA has previously distributed mock tests to all schools, to help high school graduates familiarize themselves with the format and requirements of the exams.

Over 640 teachers were engaged to correct the tests, while the process of drafting, administering and evaluating them was supervised by the Educational Services Center. In the context of inclusion and equality, the Ministry of Education has also foreseen personalized tests for students with disabilities this year.

This exam officially concludes the State Matura cycle for 2025.
