New details from the 7 "house arrest" security measures and mandatory appearance issued for Oncology doctors, among them the deputy director of QSUT,  Brikena Qirjazi, who are under investigation for chemotherapy drugs.

They are accused of abusing their duties, by not giving the citizens the necessary service at the QSUT, but by directing them to private hospitals, to get the services they were looking for.

Meanwhile, during the investigations, control was exercised in several pharmaceutical entities where a significant amount of suspected and counterfeit contraband goods and an amount of 10,000 Euros were seized in the pharmaceutical entity "Flori Farma".

Police notification:

In the framework of this operation, the security measures "House Arrest" were executed and the mandatory appearance is as follows:

1. Edmond Gashi (Doctor at the Oncology Hospital at QSUNT), son of Xhevahir and Halile, born on 18.08.1977, in Kukës, resident in Tirana on Galeopsi street, Yzberisht, gender male, Albanian nationality and citizenship, higher education, civil status married, judicial status not convicted, identified with identity card no. H70818053D for the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty" provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code with the security measure "House arrest" provided by Article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Emiljano Lela (Koordinator prane Spitalit Onkologjik ne QSUNT) i biri i Mexhit dhe i Drita i lindur më 23.11.1988, në Burrel, banues në rrugën “Komuna e Parisit”, Tiranë, pallati sipër shkollës, “Fenix”, Kati 5, Hyrja 2, Ap.15, gjinia mashkull, kombësi dhe shtetësi Shqiptare, arsimi lartë, gjëndja civile martuar, gjëndja gjyqësore i padënuar, identifikuar me kartë identiteti nr.I81123007H per vepren penale te “Shperdorimit te detyres” te parashikuar nga neni 248 i K.penal me masën e sigurisë “Detyrim Paraqitje” parashikuar nga neni 234 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

3. Alketa Ymeri (Pere) (Mjeke prane Spitalit Onkologjik ne QSUNT) e bija e Nuri dhe Fatmira , lindur më 20.10.1971, në Pogradec, banues në Tiranë, rruga “Alajdin Frashëri”, shtëpi private, gjinia femër, kombësi dhe shtetësi Shqiptare, arsimi i lartë, gjëndja civile martuar, gjëndja gjyqësore e padënuar, identifikuar me kartë identiteti nr. H16020127M per vepren penale te “Shperdorimit te detyres” te parashikuar nga neni 248 I K.penal me masën e sigurisë ““Detyrim Paraqitje” parashikuar nga neni 234 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

4. Brikena Qirjazi (Zv/Drejtoreshe ne QSUNT e ngarkuar me detyra për shërbimin onkologjik) bija e Qirjako dhe Viktori i lindur më 28.03.1972, në Korcë, banues në rrugën “Luigj Gurakuqi”, Tiranë, gjinia femër, kombësi dhe shtetësi Shqiptare, arsimi lartë, gjëndja civile beqare, gjëndja gjyqësore e padënuar, identifikuar me kartë identiteti nr. H25328183B per vepren penale te “Shperdorimit te detyres” te parashikuar nga neni 248 I K.penal me masën e sigurisë ““Detyrim Paraqitje” parashikuar nga neni 234 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

5. Halil Gashi i biri i i Isuf dhe Rabije i lindur në 10.05.1943, në Shtanë,Kukës, banues në Tiranë në rrugën Galeopsi, Yzberisht, gjinia mashkull, kombësi dhe shtetësi shqiptare, arsimi i mesëm, gjëndja civile martuar, gjëndja gjyqësore i padënuar, identifikuar me kartë identiteti me nr. E30510055J per vepren penale te “Fshehjes se te ardhurave” parashikuar nga neni 180/1 I K.penal me masën e sigurisë “Detyrim Paraqitje” parashikuar nga neni 234 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale.

6. Florian Marku i biri Lazër dhe i Frange i dt.01.04.1982, lindur në Lezhë dhe banes në Tiranë, me gjëndje civile beqar, me kombësi dhe shtetësi Shqiptare, i pa dënuar, me kartë identiteti me nr. I20401242G, administrator i Flori Farma per vepren penale te “Tregtimi dhe transportimi I mallrave qe jane kontrabande” dhe “Ruajtja ose depozitimi I mallrave qe jane kontrabande” te parashikuar nga nenet 178 e 179 I K.penal.

7. Është bërë sekuestrimi i klinikës mjekësore “Megis” me nr.Nipt:L92225026K dhe i është komunikuar që nuk duhet të ushtrojë aktivitetin deri në një moment të dytë.

Për shtetasen Drilona Kishta, for whom the security measure "Compulsion to Appear" provided for by Article 234 of the Criminal Procedure Code for the criminal offense "Abuse of Duty" provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code was imposed, the execution of the criminal decision has not been carried out since this citizen has been abroad and a notification has been placed at the border.

These citizens have been employed in the state hospital "Mother Teresa" as oncologists and using their duty they did not provide the proper service in the state hospital but referred patients to private hospitals to receive the service required by them. Also, in the "Mother Teresa" hospital, the source of cobalt used for radiotherapy was located, but it was not put into operation and was out of the conditions of usability, turning into a source of radiation for patients. During the investigation, it was possible to move this source and place it in the appropriate room.

Control was carried out in several pharmaceutical entities where a significant amount of suspected and counterfeit contraband goods and an amount of 10,000 Euros were seized in the pharmaceutical entity "Flori Farma".

The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, in charge of the above-mentioned citizens, for the criminal offenses of "Smuggling with other goods", Trading and transporting goods that are contraband", "Storage and storage of goods that are contraband", and "Misuse of duty" provided by article 174, 178, 179 and 248 of the Penal Code.
