A TNT explosion occurred this Tuesday evening in Vlora.

The incident occurred around 11:00 PM, in the "Bashkimi" neighborhood, at a motorcycle service station.

According to the police, as yet unidentified persons threw suspected explosives into the window of Vasillaq Bezhani's business.

There is only material damage from the explosion.

Authorities have launched investigations to uncover the causes of the incident, as well as to identify its perpetrators.

"Around 23:00, in the "Bashkimi" neighborhood, in the window of a motorcycle service, owned by citizen VB, a quantity of suspected explosive material exploded, causing only minor material damage. The investigation team is at the scene, continuing its work to clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify the suspected perpetrator(s), "said a preliminary announcement by the Vlora Police.
