Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali , accused of being involved in the murder of Fatbardh Lici, which occurred in August 2018 in Shkodra, have appealed to the High Court.

We recall that in March of this year, the Appeals Court of Kosovo sentenced them to prison.

The SPAK announcement states that the three people are suspected of committing criminal offenses; "Premeditated murder" committed in the special form of collaboration, that of a structured criminal group to the detriment of the victim Fatbardh Lici, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group".

From the investigations conducted within the framework of this criminal proceeding, which is related to several criminal events that occurred in the city of Shkodra in 2018, it results that evidence has been collected on which reasonable suspicion has been created that the three persons planned, organized and committed the murder with firearms of citizen Fatbardh Lici, a relative of Ibrahim Lici in Shkodra on August 10, 2018.

"The motive for his murder is suspected to be related, among other things, to the attribution that citizen Behar Bajri makes to citizen Ibrahim Lici for the murder of his acquaintance, citizen Boran Berçana," the announcement states.

Crimes for which "BAJRAT" was accused in 2018:

On 14.01.1999 , in the Dobraç neighborhood of the city of Shkodra, Behar Bajri, Ilir Bajri and Frederik Totaj, in collaboration with each other, are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of armed robbery against two citizens from Berat, who were traveling in a truck-type vehicle with Vlora license plates.

On January 14, 1999, in the "Vojo Kushi" neighborhood, brothers Osman and Artur Alibali were shot dead.

The suspected perpetrators of this event have been identified as citizens Behar Bajri, Ilir Bajri and Frederik Totaj.

This murder was committed immediately after the armed robbery committed against two citizens from Berat.

21.03.1999 Behar Bajri, in collaboration with citizen Ilir Bajri, attempted to commit armed robbery against Arben Tuzi and his brother.

Both sides injured each other in the exchange of fire.

On 28.01.2000 , in the village of Dobraç, citizen Petrit Demiri, an employee of the Traffic Police at the Shkodra Police Station, was shot dead.

For this criminal offense, the Shkodra Court of First Instance sentenced him to only two years in prison.

Meanwhile, the Tirana Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes, by decision dated February 27, 2007, sentenced him to 9 years in prison and a fine of 2 (two) million lek for committing the criminal offense of “coercion by threat or violence for the release of property”. Behar Bajri pleaded guilty to the incident on September 12, 2005, for a crime committed in collaboration with his cousin Sead Rustemi (Bajri).

On 15.02.2001 , in the Vasil Shanto neighborhood of the city of Shkodra, citizen A. Tuzi, aged 39 from Shkodra, was shot dead. The suspected perpetrators of this incident have been identified as citizens Behar Bajri and Ilir Bajri.

On 26.06.2002, Behar Bajri's wife Fabiola Bajri, 16 years old, was found murdered in his apartment. The investigation revealed that this was a murder and not a suicide as the family members had stated. The suspected perpetrator of this murder is Behar Bajri.

18.08.2006 Behar Bajri is accused of raping two underage girls, a crime he committed in collaboration with another person. For this incident, the Shkodra District Court had set the security measure "prison arrest" under the charge of "illegal deprivation of liberty in collaboration", sexual intercourse with minors aged 14-18".

04.08. 2006 Ilir Bajri is accused of having killed Pal Kosteri, near his apartment, in the village of Stom-Golem, a few meters from the White Bridge.
