A conflict between five people took place today on "Kurbini" street, in Laç.

Klajdi Rryta, also known as 37-year-old Klajdi Tusha, was arrested, while 4 other people have been declared wanted.

The causes of the fight are still unknown, as it is reported that fortunately there are no injured persons.

During the arrest, the police found the 37-year-old with a "Glock" firearm, with a cartridge in the socket ready to be fired.

The weapon with which it is suspected that it was also fired in the air during the conflict was seized as material evidence.

Police notification:

After the announcement of a physical conflict between several citizens, around 11:00, on "Kurbini" street, Laç, the services of the Kurbin Police Station intervened immediately, preventing the escalation of the physical conflict between 5 citizens, during which it is suspected that a firearm was also shot.

As a result of the quick actions, the citizen KR, alias K. T., 37 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught and put in handcuffs, from whom a "Glock" type firearm, with a cartridge in the socket ready for firing, was found and seized as material evidence.

From the first data, it results that the other citizens involved in this conflict, identified by the initials GD, 27 years old, resident in Tirana; E. Sh., 29 years old; E. Sh., 34 years old; as well as ER, 32 years old, resident of Laç, have been declared wanted and work is being done to capture them.

Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, work continues to fully document the event and identify other persons involved in the conflict, from which there are no injured persons.

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Intimidation" and "Disturbance of public peace", committed in cooperation.
