A preventive seizure is placed on an asset worth about 200,000 euros, which is suspected to be derived from the criminal activity of document forgery, which was owned by two people. Official sources from the police informed that it is about the property of citizens with the initials AL, 47 years old and BA, 46 years old, both residents of Pogradec.

These 2 citizens are accused that in collaboration, it is suspected that through a forged contract, they have benefited from the apartment of another citizen, in neighborhood no. 3, Pogradec, apartment with an area of ​​about 300 m² and a value of about 200,000 euros.

Preventive seizure is imposed on an asset worth about 200,000 euros, which is suspected to be derived from the criminal activity of falsifying documents, carried out by 2 citizens.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Pogradec Police Station, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Pogradec Judicial District Court, as a result of the tracking-investigative work carried out for the identification and seizure of illegally obtained assets, as a result of criminal activities, made the execution of decision no. 269, dated 18.11.2022, of the Court of First Instance Pogradec, which imposed preventive seizure on a property owned by citizens AL, 47 years old and BA, 46 years old, both residents of Pogradec.

These 2 citizens are under investigation, for the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", carried out in cooperation, as it is suspected that through a forged contract, they have benefited from the residence of another citizen, in neighborhood no. 3, Pogradec, apartment with an area of ​​about 300 m² and a value of about 200,000 euros.

The work continues for the tracking, ascertainment and sequestration of other assets that may have been illegally obtained by AL and BA citizens

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Pogradec for further actions.
