The seizure of the armored car, the journalist: Vis Martinaj has never driven
Elton Qyno and Ervis Martinaj

Journalist Elton Qyno has reacted after the publication of the armored car of the missing Ervis Martinaj, which was seized by the State Police. The armored car was found near a gas station in Reps of Mirdita, on Rrugën e Kombit, and images of the vehicle were published by the show on "Shënjestër".

But, according to journalist Qyno, Ervis Martinaj never drove that car while he was being searched. In a comment on social networks, Qyno writes that that car was handed over to the Police by the family of Vis Martinaj, just like the other evidence.

The journalist further adds that the SPAK has not yet taken over the issue of the disappearance of the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj.

"1. The point is that Martinaj never drove this car during the time he was in search. He was not even in the Adriatic hotel with this car, nor was he in the Ring area with this car. The car was asked to be opened by the police, who knew what garage Gj. Tusha was in. The car was "handed over" by the family, making the key available to him, as well as the cameras and many other pieces of evidence.

2. Regardless of the synchronous difference of the media on Sunday, that the case has passed to SPAK, until this morning there is no decision of incompetence and the transfer of the criminal proceedings from Kurbini to the SPAK of Tirana. Therefore, the case continues to be in Laç. " writes Elton Qyno.
