The Electoral College decided by majority vote to dismiss the Democratic Party's lawsuit. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.
The Electoral College has asked the CEC to bring the Commission's decisions on the distribution of mandates for the 12 districts.
Meanwhile, the SP requested as additional evidence that the CEC, along with the decisions on the distribution of mandates, also bring the appeal requests for all 12 decisions.
Lawyer Eridian Salianji opposed the taking of this evidence with the argument that it is not related to the subject of the trial, as these are final decisions.
According to him, the court is stepping outside the legal process by conducting an extra trial, as it is crippling decisions that were not requested by the parties.
"We request a copy of all the evidence presented. Since evidence was brought outside the court's jurisdiction. And since the decision for Tirana is judged by the College, I also want the decision of the electoral college. So the 12 decisions announcing the mandate and the decisions that have changed these decisions," said Eridiani Salianji.
