In the Court of Fier, the hearing for the singer, Luiz Ejlli , has been postponed again , the reason for the postponement of the hearing is the absence of the judge.

Until now, a date has not been made public when the court session will take place, in which it is expected that the Prosecutor's Office of Fier will give the claim for the singer Ejlli.

Luiz Ejlli is accused of falsifying a notarial statement during his practice as a lawyer to justify the money of a person who was under investigation.

The case against him went to trial on December 26, 2022, and according to the Criminal Code he risks from 6 months to 4 years of imprisonment.

This story starts in 2021, where the prosecution would seek the seizure of the assets of the FA citizen, as unjustified with legal sources.

The seizure requested at that time by the Prosecutor's Office of Lushnja would be accepted by the court on November 28, 2021. A few months after this seizure, citizen FA, who is also a co-defendant with Ejlli, filed a notarial statement made with the notary Luiz Ejlli.

On February 25, 2022, the citizen FA presents to the prosecutor's office the notarial statement which, according to him, was made at the notary office of Luiz Ejlli on December 16, 2015 and contained the data as in the facsimile "No. 663 Rep, No. 213 Kol dated 16.12.2015" .

This statement, according to the prosecution, had the content of receiving a loan in two installments from 2008-2015 of 151,000 euros and 2011-2015 of 60,000 euros, which the wife of the FA citizen had taken to pay off a loan.

And exactly this statement was not found in the archives of the Ministry of Justice in response to requests for information, requests within the property investigation that was being carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Lushnja.

That was enough for the Prosecution to create suspicions that there may be a legal violation and deepened the investigations by discovering the notary office of Luiz Eylli and also the actions taken a few years ago.

The prosecution has searched the archives of the notary Luiz Ejlli for information about this notarial statement and it turns out to be a statement, but in the name of another citizen and not at all the wife of the citizen FA for whom the property investigation was finalized with seizure.
