The abduction and murder of Jan Prenga, SPAK demands life imprisonment for

SPAK demands life imprisonment for Festim Bexhdili, accused of kidnapping and killing Jan Prenga, Bexhdili was a gardener of the Golden resort in Pjeza Shijak. The Special Prosecution is seeking life imprisonment on the charge of kidnapping resulting in the death of Jan Prenga, in January 2020.

His co-defendant, Olsi Turja, accused of "obstructing the discovery of the truth" was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

We recall that Jan Prenga was abducted in January 2020. The abduction order according to SPAK was given by Dritan Rexhepi and Gentian Doci Funiqi.

Kidnapping after Jan Prenga's brother stole a container of drugs in the UK. SPAK said that Festim Bexhdili knows the place where Jan Prenga's body was buried, but does not show it.
