A tragedy was averted this morning off the coast of Zvërnec after 4 Italian tourists miraculously escaped.

The yacht with 4 tourists, among them a child, collided with several rocks, while one of them also gave a statement to the media.

The tourist said that the Albanian state should be penalized as it should make announcements about the underwater rocks, where it can be navigated and where not.

' We left this morning and were returning from Slovenia.

We traveled all over Croatia and passed through 600 islands in Croatia and then Montenegro.

Yesterday we made a direct trip to Vlora, where at the entrance like all boat owners I use a program to have the height of the boat with the water base and give signals for everything that is under the sea.

Unfortunately the boat did not signal and we collided with a rock. Our 4 year old child was in a panic. Only for non-signaling we find ourselves in this situation.

Now we are looking for the solution how we can move the boat from there. It is a problem with the announcements that the Albanian state must make the underwater part.

As we make a mistake and are penalized, the Albanian state must also be penalized. Border Police and Guarda Di Finannza arrived immediately. We thank the Albanian people who helped us and did not take our money and gave us food. '- he said.
