A serious incident occurred in the Paskuqan area shortly before noon, where a 27-year-old man, who was walking on foot in an alley with his friends, fell victim to a gun attack by a 39-year-old man, who shot from a moving car.

The young man was identified as Ardian Baloshi, received several Kalashnikov bullets and was taken to the hospital by his friends, where he arrived without signs of life.

"A lonely slave. He lived with his mother, only his mother, no sister, no brother, no father. He took a bullet in the head, he couldn't escape ," one of the victim's friends testified to Top Channel journalist Dorjana Bezat.

The perpetrator, Sadik Llanaj, fled in a car in an unknown direction after the incident. Since he was armed, the police deployed RENEA forces to arrest him.

The perpetrator and the victim lived in the same neighborhood and often hung out together. Mutual friends expressed surprise at this incident as they were unaware of a conflict between them.

Off-camera, they showed that the perpetrator shot several meters towards the 27-year-old.

"He walked a few meters and just shot with a Kalashnikov. We escaped from his fast feet, he didn't spare us, the bullet spared us. We put him in the car and took him to the hospital, but he was dead. His mother was with us. The perpetrator was a madman," said one of Ardian Baloshi's friends.
