Shkodra Police has handcuffed a 28-year-old man, declared wanted for the criminal offenses "Intentionally inflicting minor injuries", "Threat" and "Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition".

The arrested person is Marsel Ramaj, a resident of the village of Baks i Ri in Velipoja

The Court of First Instance of Shkodra, with the decision of April 5, has imposed on him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Intentional minor injury", "Threat" and "Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition ”.

Ramaj is accused that on February 22, together with the citizens HR, ER and R. R, who were prosecuted at large after the event, they punched the citizen KS, 22 years old, resident of the village Pulaj Plazh, Velipoja, Shkodra .

Also, the citizen Marsel Ramaj threatened the citizen KS with a firearm. 

The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for further action.
