Yesterday, RENEA and FNSH carried out inspections at Ervis Martinaj's villa in Surrel.

The checks were carried out in order to find traces of the wanted man, or items or data that could lead to Martinaj, who has been missing since August 9 of last year.

During the controls, apart from some stolen documents, nothing else illegal was found.

The order for checks on Martinaj's house in Surrel was issued by SPAK, while the police and BKH officers did not confront any of Martinaj's family members, but another person who claimed ownership of the house.

According to "Ora News", it was learned that the house was owned by another person, F. Vuthaj.

The police and BKH encountered this person, who turns out to be the owner of the construction company "Vuthaj Sh.pk", who told the investigators that the villa was bought by him in 2017 and from this period onwards Ervis Martinaj has leased it through a lease contract.

Despite these claims, the police and SPAK had collected data that the most wanted man at the moment, Ervis Martinaj, lived in the apartment for a long time.

We remind you that during their action, the police managed to seize some ownership documents of the luxury villa and a passport that was found in the name of the citizen Admir Koca, but with photos of Ervis Martinaj.
