The Durrës police reacted after the publication of the scandalous video, where a boy and his girlfriend appeared bullying and raping another girl while filming the act.

The Blues of the coastal city have arrested the perpetrator, 22-year-old Angelo Dollaku, also known as Xhekito. At the time of his arrest, he was also found with a knife.

Likewise, the police also escorted the two 17-year-olds involved in this incident, who also raped Kiara, Angelos's friend. In the presence of the psychologist, both citizens will be interviewed in order to fully document this case.

In the video published by JOQ, Anxhelo Dollaku was shown hitting the girl several times and then threatening to do whatever he wants with her if she doesn't obey him.

He then asks her to tell his friend Kiara "fuck you" and kneel down to kiss her feet. Meanwhile, Kiara films the 17-year-old kissing her feet.

Në momentin e kapjes, gjatë kontrollit fizik të ushtruar ndaj këtij shtetasi, shërbimet e Policisë i kanë gjetur dhe sekuestuar një mjet prerës (thikë).22-vjeçari ndodhet i shoqëruar dhe po vijojnë veprimet për sqarimin e plotë të rrethanave të ngjarjes.
