Leonard Preza , a father of three, is the 26-year-old Albanian arrested for the rape of an 18-year-old from Campagna Lupia .

He is a person with a previous criminal record for theft and unlawful possession.

The young woman confessed to the police that she had briefly left her company and was sitting on a deck chair near the hotel where they were staying.

It was there, around 5:30 a.m., that the tragedy occurred. The 26-year-old approached her and raped her, while her attempts to defend herself were unsuccessful.

Preza has claimed that he had sexual relations with the 18-year-old, but according to him, everything happened with the consent of both.

The young woman was taken to the hospital with visible hematomas on her hands, neck, and private parts of her body, which confirms the abuse.
