Operation with 40 arrests in Elbasan, names revealed

RENEA forces conducted a mega-operation in the early hours of this Monday morning in 7 municipalities of the Elbasan district, where the focus was on drug trafficking elements.

The information shows that 40 people were arrested during the operation, with 30 of them headed to the Tirana detention cells where they will wait until the investigation is completed.

During searches of the apartments, weapons and narcotics were found.

Unofficial sources do not rule out the possibility that the operation had as its objective the arrest of several well-known figures in the criminal world.

Arjan Topalli, 31 years old, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", and "Storage and storage of contraband goods",

Vilson Dyrmyshi, 36 years old, for the criminal offense of "Unlicensed production and possession of hunting weapons";

Neritan Duzha, 43 years old, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics"

Leonard Xhaferri, 50 years old, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics";
