Socialist MP Erion Braçe has denounced a case where the area near the "At Zef Pllumi" school is being used as a private parking lot.

On social media, he published a video showing a man taking money for a parking space, when in fact the property is public.

"The most impatient people in this city are the scammers. They pretended to be convinced, but now they've removed the barriers and every evening they park cars, making money off of them."

Meanwhile, they still charge people who park on the side of the road, like here. I would ask every institution to put an end to this abuse once and for all that annoys people here, even by charging them money. I have no problem doing this every day, but it is your job, and by not doing it or allowing it, you are undermining the trust of citizens in institutions," says Braçe.
