Lawyer and president of the Criminal Lawyers Association, Saimir Visha, has raised strong public accusations against the justice institutions, the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP) and the High Judicial Council (KLGJ), accusing them of structured corruption in the transfer processes of judges and prosecutors.

In a reaction on social media, Visha claims that judges and prosecutors pay between 50 and 100 thousand euros to transfer to more favorable areas, mainly in Tirana or in cities with a lower workload and more economic benefits.

"Moving from one city to another is cheap. Even coming from distant cities to Tirana is free."

But there are some fees to move to good neighborhoods or come to Tirana!!!

Stop here. Be careful. Think. 50 to 100 thousand euros is paid not to the bus, nor to the taxi, but to the KLP and KLGJ by judges and prosecutors for a transfer, even if it is ordered.

And the wonder continues. All the transferred people only want to judge criminal cases because that's where the money is, civil cases take a long time, family cases don't give you anything...
