Injuring of 27-year-old in Tirana / 3 of the perpetrators identified and arrested, fourth declared wanted

Police have identified and arrested 3 of the people who participated in the injury of the 27-year-old man in Tresh yesterday evening.

Meanwhile, the blue uniforms indicate that the fourth person has been declared wanted.

Police announcement:

The dynamics of the incident that occurred yesterday, in the place called "Zona e Treshit", where a 27-year-old man was wounded by gunfire, are revealed.

4 citizens are identified. 3 of them are arrested, another is wanted.

Work continues to find the firearm with which the 27-year-old was injured.

1 vehicle, suspected to have been used by the perpetrators to flee the scene, as well as other illegal items valuable for the investigation, were seized.

Yesterday evening, after receiving the notification that citizen R. Ç., 27 years old, had presented himself to the hospital for treatment after being wounded in the leg with a gunshot wound, the Specialists of the Serious Crimes Sector of the Tirana Police Department immediately went to the scene of the incident, where, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, they carried out all investigative actions to clarify the circumstances of the case and identify the perpetrators.

Following are the actions for this case:

-Citizens BN, 47 years old, and A. Ll., 42 years old, were arrested for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" committed in collaboration, remaining in the attempted stage, and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Explosive Weapons and Ammunition";

-citizen IK, 51 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime";

- citizen SN, 35 years old, was declared wanted.

From the first investigative actions it resulted that citizens BN, 47 years old, A. Ll., 42 years old and SN, 35 years old, during a momentary conflict, for weak motives, have wounded citizen R. Ç in the leg with a firearm, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life. While citizen IK, 51 years old, has not reported the incident.

Also, during the conflict, citizen G. Sh., 42 years old, who was in the company of the injured party, was slightly injured by hard objects.

Work continues under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, for the complete legal documentation of the event as well as the location and capture of the 35-year-old wanted man.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
