The lawyer of " Fokus Media News ", Erjon Kanxheri, has reacted regarding the incident where the Police blocked the offices of the media outlets News24, Panorama and Gazeta Shqiptare .

The lawyer says that there is no court decision regarding the actions being carried out by the company "KAYO" sh.a.

According to him, these actions are illegal, arbitrary and constitute a criminal offense.

He adds that if the company "KAYO" sh.a. had a court decision to vacate the building, there would be a prior notice from the bailiff and then the bailiff would vacate the premises.

Reaction of Attorney Erjon Kanxheri:

Kayo JSC has no court decision for the actions it is carrying out. These actions are illegal, arbitrary and constitute a criminal offense.

If Kayo company had a court decision to vacate the building, there would be a prior notice from the bailiff and then the bailiff would vacate the premises. In this case, there is no court decision and no bailiff. The police forces can only act in support of the bailiff and not by carrying out violent, arbitrary and completely illegal sieges at night.

These actions are illegal and punishable. We will follow legal procedures for each action. In this case, all procedures are being carried out on Saturday, which is a holiday, starting police procedures at night and taking advantage of the fact that the courts are closed.
